This contemporary apartment in Lisbon was designed to maximise natural light by restoring the original balcony and adding floor-to-ceiling windows.

As an art lover, the client wanted each piece to stand out, so thoughtful lighting was used to give the room a gallery-like feel. The client's love of colour was honoured by keeping existing pieces such as the burgundy armchairs and Persian rug, but balanced with softer tones to maintain a calm, harmonious atmosphere.
